On May 22, a precast box girder measuring 49.9 meters long and weighing 1071 tons was steadily placed onto the pier in Taizhou Bay. The second phase of the Toumen Port Railway Branch successfully completed its first box girder erection, marking the full transition to superstructure construction.

The 1080T frame lifting beam manufactured and delivered by our company has been successfully applied to the construction of key nodes of the bridge. With reliable quality and exquisite craftsmanship, we deliver solid strength and accelerate bridge construction progress.

The construction sea area is greatly affected by tides and waves, with multiple uncertainties including crossing existing waterways. The newly adopted integrated girder erection mode of off-site prefabrication, cross-sea transportation and offshore hoisting effectively solves the difficulty of no nearby prefabrication yard on coastal tidal flats, greatly cutting temporary land occupation and ecological impact.
From technical optimization to on-site implementation, and from safety risk control to construction quality improvement, GN stays pragmatic and committed, helping the project achieve steady quality progress and efficient performance.

Construction site truly witnesses product quality.
The successful hoisting of the first box girder marks a major milestone in the construction of Toumen Port Bridge, and fully demonstrates GN’s technical strength in marine hoisting components and offshore infrastructure projects.
