2、Deck Wire Rope Spooling service for Marine Engineering Specialized Vessels
Our service covers all vessel types, including wind turbine installation vessels, salvage engineering ships, ocean-going tugs and lifting barges. Relying on onboard heavy-duty hydraulic spooling units, we perform new wire rope spooling and dismantling & respooling of used ropes either at dock berths or offshore anchorages. Standardized construction runs through the full workflow from wire rope hoisting, pre-tension stretching and precision layered spooling to rope end termination. Compatible with original drums of marine lifting winches, mooring winches and positioning anchor windlasses, our process prevents premature wire breakage caused by rope fatigue resulting from irregular manual spooling.
3、One-stop Wire Rope Spooling Service for Port Machinery (Gantry Cranes, Ship Unloaders, RTGs & STS Container Cranes)
A dedicated wire rope spooling yard is established at our partnered deep-water terminals to undertake re-spooling of finished wire ropes, sectional spooling of extra-long ropes and pre-spooling & warehousing of finished rigging. Equipped with multiple sets of variable-frequency hydraulic spooling winches, we provide customized spooling for rope reels ranging from several tons up to 25 tons. Anti-slip liners and layered separation technologies can be adopted as required to facilitate customers’ storage, transportation and wire rope replacement. This effectively cuts collision damage during storage & transit and mitigates safety risks from high-altitude operations.
4、Supporting Service for Maintenance, Respooling & Refurbishment of Aging Wire Ropes
Leveraging our professional spooling expertise, we offer value-added services including non-destructive testing, scale removal and lubrication, defect section cutting, and reorganization into neatly spooled coils. This extends the service life of marine wire ropes and helps shipowners and offshore operators reduce costs on new purchases.
Free from site constraints, we can transport complete sets of spooling tooling to customers’ factories, deep-water terminals and offshore floating platforms for on-site operations.
