In 2023, the group strategically invested in the Tongzhou Bay River-Sea Inter modal Development Demonstration Zone in Jiangsu Province, establishing a new 80-acre intelligent industrial line and simultaneously adding three core business divisions: marine engineering wire rope, marine engineering steel structure, and forged rigging. Leveraging its long-standing experience serving high-quality customers and understanding market trends, the group precisely completed capacity expansion and industrial structure upgrades, comprehensively enhancing its core supply capabilities and overall service strength in both the north and south of China. The company currently has 160 employees and has established a comprehensive R&D system and professional technology center. Among them are 30 core technical personnel, including 3 senior engineers and 5 professional engineers. All core technical staff have over ten years of industry experience. Considering these factors, in August 2022, the company completed the acquisition of a professional wire rope sling manufacturer with twenty years of production history. Leveraging the leading advantages of this company’s professional technology and equipment, the company has filled several gaps in domestic high-end sling products in areas such as sling casting, pressing, and large-diameter seamless rope loop weaving, entering the fast lane of high-end sling manufacturing.The company has passed ISO9001 quality management system certification, ISO14001 environmental management system certification, ISO45001 occupational health and safety management system certification, China Classification Society (CCS) factory approval, and American Bureau of Shipping (ABS) factory approval in the field of rigging, becoming a professional rigging and lifting equipment manufacturing company that integrates R&D, production, sales and product testing.The company’s existing high-performance seamless rope loop weaving equipment and 2500T ultra-long horizontal tensile testing machine have been widely used. In addition, the company has built the largest frameless 5000T tensile testing machine in China in its Jiangsu plant. After it is put into use, the company will jointly establish a mechanical testing and experimental center with Shanghai Jiao Tong University. The center will provide ultra-large tonnage, extreme performance verification, reliability assessment and quality certification services for high-end marine equipment such as offshore platforms, wind turbine towers, deep-sea anchor chains and large steel structures in the Yangtze River Delta region and coastal areas. This will ensure that the equipment complies with international standards such as CCS and DNV, and help promote the demonstration application and market promotion of high-end equipment. The company plans to further increase investment, using Jiangsu as its headquarters, and to build professional rigging production bases and steel structure lifting equipment production bases in the Yangtze River Delta region and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
