Our company’s 5000T and 3800T rental lifting beams for offshore booster stations operated steadily throughout the project with safe construction practices, successfully completing all hoisting operations with high efficiency. The equipment has now been demobilized smoothly and shipped back to our factory, where dedicated inspection, maintenance and modification work has fully commenced. Following the successful conclusion of this hoisting operation, the two booster station lifting beams have been transported back to the factory in an orderly manner as scheduled, with comprehensive maintenance and upgrades carried out simultaneously. Multiple processes are underway in parallel, including complete machine disassembly, non-destructive testing (NDT), main structural reinforcement, replacement of wearing parts, and working condition adaptation optimization. Special rectification and reinforcement have been implemented focusing on critical load-bearing components such as load-bearing welds and connecting pin shafts of the lifting beams.
