To ensure that our seamless grommet sling operate more normally and efficiently in daily life, the following points should be noted when using seamless steel wire ropes.
Staff need to assess the product’s condition and analyze and address it promptly. If broken wires are found along a section of the product, exceeding 5% of the total, the sling must be discontinued and a full inspection by technicians. Even with only a few localized broken wires (three or more), the sling’s strength should be observed and inspected by technicians. If corrosion is found, which reduces the sling’s strength, its use must be stopped immediately and a full inspection by technicians is required. If deformation occurs, such as flattening or kinking, the product is considered unusable and should not be used further.
